Consultation

We start with a free lot walk and plan consultation. We learn about your property, your ideas, and your budget.

Design

Your custom design is free. We work through selections and costs together, so you can make informed decisions before we begin construction.

Build

We stay involved in your custom home build and keep the project moving. Most homes take about 6 months from the day concrete is poured, depending on size, design, and weather.

We walk the finished home with you, and you get the keys.
